Experience : 2-5 years

Job description :

• The Sr. Scientific Officer performs her duties diligently and methodically to analyse specimens allotted to her. These specimens are analysed as per procedure for the test approved by the Director - Operations.
• The Sr. Scientific Officer must receive approval of the Pathologist in making decisions in assessing calibration, control and acceptability of analytical runs for all laboratory data produced by themselves or other unlicensed personnel.
• The Sr. Scientific Officer must observe all laboratory safety precautions in the handling of clinical specimens and running of tests.
• The Sr. Scientific Officer must bring to the notice of her section supervisor any abnormal findings/test conditions required for specific attention of the supervisor.
