- Develop and Setup world class quality systems
- Develop and Setup lean quality operating manpower structure
- Training and skill development for new recruit staff.
- Maintaining Product Quality
- Food Safety Systems
- Consumer Complaints
- Setup the quality, food safety, AIB standard.
- Conduct quality training for quality and operation team
- Develop every day quality day culture
- Design and Setup all testing labs.
- Work with engineering team for design and setup the plant Qc infrastructure
Experience : 3-10 years
