Central Food Technological Research Institute(CFTRI), Mysore (A constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific and Industrial research, New Delhi) came into existence during 1950 with the great vision of its founders, and a network of inspiring as well as dedicated scientists who had a fascination to pursue in-depth research and development in the areas of food science and technology.
CSIR-CFTRI invites eligible candidates to appear for a Walk-in-Interview for a position of Project Assistant Level- I (one post-position for 03 months) on temporary basis to work in the Sponsored Project SSP-197 entitled "To generate baseline data to Hygroscopicity for defined food products and key raw materials" Food Packaging Technology Department (FPTD), CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore.

- Pay : Rs. 8,000 per month
- Desired Profile : First Class B.Sc., degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Food Technology/Food Science and Nutrition. B. Tech Food Technology/Biotechnology
Terms & Conditions:
- Candidates should not have exceeded 28 years of age as on 27th March, 2015, i.e. the date of walk-in-interview for the position.
- The engagement will be contractual and purely temporary basis.
- The engagement under the project does not confer any right/claim whatsoever either explicitly or implicitly on the appointee for regular appointment in CSIR/CFTRI, against any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent.
- No TA/DA will be given to the candidates for attending the interview.
- Age limit shall be relaxable for statutory groups and women as per rule.
