Our tradition of food and hospitality began in 1924 with the establishment of the MTR Restaurant by the Maiya family in Bangalore. This restaurant is a city landmark today and people still stand in queue to savour its unique, completely authentic dishes. Job description :
- To ensure compliance of GMP & HACCP requirements as per the Quality Management system at the division.
- Investigate non-conforming material, components and product for causes and undertake corrective action to ensure business continuity.
- To check and verify the finished product and packing quality before entering at every step of production.
- Follow work procedures & guidelines for processing in-house quality and their implementation.
- To regularize and improve the quality of MIS of all concerned areas in shift operations.
