Job description :
- Individual should be hard working, creative, rigorous in on bench wet experimental design and execution, work by him/herself and also within a team.
- Need to make regular presentation of work to stake holders in the Discover and Design division within Unilever.
- Keeping abreast of developments in own area of expertise, delivering recommendations for new techniques and project are key to this job. Contribute to the maintenance / further development of the group, keeping aware of new technologies and opportunities to bring to the group.
- In the current role candidate is expected to work on bacterial virulence (gram positive bacteria) and approaches to control bacterial communication.
- Also candidate will be working on microbial ecology where handling experience of big data (next generation sequencing data) will be appreciated.
