CSIR-Institute of Genomics & Integrative Biology (IGIB), desires to engage qualified incumbents on purely temporary basis as detailed below:
- Project detail : (Project Code – BSC0302) "Towards Understanding Skin Cell Homeostasis (TOUCH)"
- Position : SRF
- No of Post : One
- Desired Profile :M.Sc./M.S. in any branch of Science/ Bioinformatics sciences with at least 55% marks and minimum
two years of relevant research experience on working with computational modelling of biological networks and complex systems, experience in Computer Programming and one publication in SCI Indexed journals.
- Age : 32 years
- Sipend : Rs. 18,000/- + 30 % HRA per month
- Tenure : 12 months
- Project detail : (Project Code – GAP0091) "A comprehensive pharmacogenetic study of ABC transporter genes implicated in response to antiepileptic drugs"
- Position : SRF
- No of Post : One
- Desired Profile :M.Sc. in any branch of Life Sciences with at least 55% marks and minimum two years of research experience.
- Age : 32 years
- Sipend : Rs. 18,000/- + 30 % HRA per month
- Tenure : 03 months
- Project detail : (Project Code – BSC0124)"CSIR-NCL-IGIB Joint Research
Initiative: Interfacing Chemistry and Biology"
- Position : SRF
- No of Post : One
- Desired Profile : M.Sc./B.Tech in any branch of Life Science with at least 55% marks and minimum two years of relevant research experience.
- Preferred : Candidate is able to handle highthroughput data and is well versed with the techniques of Protein folding and saturated mutagenesis
- Age : 32 years
- Sipend : Rs. 18,000/- + 30 % HRA per month
- Tenure : 12 months
Engagement is for the project and on behalf of the funding agency and the tenure shall be as mentioned above. The duration of the post is initially for One year or till the closing date of the project, whichever is earlier. Tenure may be extendable up to project duration. Contract may be terminated at any time by giving one-month notice by either side. The applicants will have no claim implicit or explicit for consideration against any CSIR/IGIB post.
