Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) was established at Ludhiana by an act of the Punjab Legislature No. 16 of 2005 notified in the Punjab Government Gazette on August 9, 2005 and it started functioning w.e.f. April 21, 2006 for promoting livestock production, health and prevention of the disease(s) through integrated teaching, research and extension programme(s).
Applications are invited for one psot of JRF under the DST funded research project entitled "Studies on fibronectin binding membrane proteins of Pasteurella multocida : Role in extracellular matrix (ECM) adhesion and pathogenesis in Bulbalus bubalis"

- Desired Profile :M.Sc/PhD in Animal Biotechnology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Microbiology/Medical Microbiology and having at least 65% marks or an OCPA of 6.50 out of 10 or equivalent. Preference will be given to the candidates with research experience
- Preferred : Preference will be given to candidates having experience in molecular biological and immunological techniques
- Emoluments : Rs 25000/- + 20% HRA
