The Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture (CISH) was initially set up as Central Mango Research Station in the home land of world famous Dashehari variety of mango on 4th September, 1972 under the aegis of the Indian Institute of Horticultural Research, Bangalore. On 1st June, 1984, it was upgraded to the level of a full-fledged Institute and named as Central Institute of Horticulture for Northern Plains.
A walk-in-interview will be held at CENTRAL INSTITUTE FOR SUBTROPICAL HORTICULTURE, at Rae Bareli Road, Telibagh, Lucknow an Institute under Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), for selection of Senior Research Fellow
- Name of the project : Network project on “organic horticulture” under IISR, Calicut
- Name of the Post : Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
- Desired Profile : Post graduate degree/Ph.D. in Microbiology /Agricultural Microbiology/ Microbiology (Plant Science) with minimum 60% marks.
- Preferred : Working experience in Soilmicrobiology
- Age : 35 years for male and 40 years for female
candidates.
- Emoluments : Rs. 16000/- per month (fixed) + 20% HRA
Note :
- Candidates should bring his/her bio-data original certificates supporting educational qualifications and experience. Photocopies of certificates, a latest passport size photograph at the time of interview.
- The above-mentioned position are purely on contract basis and co-terminus with the project. The person recruited will not have any claims for absorption in any capacity after the termination of the project.
