Walk-in-interviews will be held at the Institute for engagement of one RA (under Outreach project on Zoonotic diseases on 27.01.2015), two JRFs (under MFPI, R&D Scheme on 28.01.2015), one semi-skilled labour (Outreach project on Zoonotic diseases) & three un-skilled labours (NPSI) on 29.01.2015 and one SRF(under AICRP, Barbari Unit on 11.02.2015

Walk in Interview : 27.01.15

• Project : Outreach project on Zoonotic diseases-ICAR, of Animal Health Division, CIRG, Makhdoom
• Position : Research ASsociate
• No of Post : One
• Emoluments : Rs. 23, 000 + HRA,Fixed or, as per relevant ICAR rules time to time
• Desired Profile :M.ScMicrobiology, Biotechnology,

  Life Sciences, Zoology, Biochemistry, Medicine, Pathology

• Age : Age upto 40 years and relaxable as per govt. rules

Preferred :

• Ph.D degree in above disciplines/ subjects
• Should have handled research projects independently
• Sampling from human subjects
• Should have good knowledge of immunological and molecular biology techniques, biological and related equipments (elisa reader, PCR, RT-PCR, etc.)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis & MS-Office
• Willingness to work outside office hours to complete the project work and stay at CIRG, campus
• Publication in peer review journals.
• Handling and sampling from laboratory and other animals

Nature of duties :

• Should be able to run the project independently, starting from collection of samples from human subjects, in collaboration with physician and doctors to data entry & Processing of samples and analysis of data interpretation and report writing.
• Follow the instructions of PI and Co-PI and able to make scientific

  presentation.

Walk in Interview : 28.01.15

• Project : Development of Nano-Immuno Rapid Test to detect Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis in Milk Samples under MFPI Research & Development Scheme
• Position : JRF
• No of Post : Two
• Emoluments : Rs. 16, 000 + HRA Fixed or, as per relevant ICAR rules time to time
• Desired Profile : M.ScMicrobiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Zoology, Biochemistry, Medicine, Pathology, Nanotechnology
• Age : Age upto 30 years and relaxable as per govt. rules

Preferred :

• Should have experience of working in research projects
• Should have good knowledge of immunological and molecular biology techniques, biological and related equipments (elisa reader, PCR, RT-PCR, etc.)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis & MS-Office
• Willingness to work outside office hours to complete the project work and

  stay at CIRG, campus

• Handling and sampling from laboratory and other animals
• Experience

Nature of duties :

• Should be able to contribute in collection of samples, data interpretation and report writing.
• Follow the instructions of PI and Co-PI and able to complete any work assigned.
