Job Description :
Production:
- To ensure the availability of chemicals for media preparation their weighing and preparation of stock solution
- To ensure the availability of chemicals for media preparation their weighing and preparation of stock solution.
- Media preparation, PH checking, its proper autoclaving, its incubation and screening of media for inoculation.
- To ensure inoculation of culture as per the given production plan.
Dispatch of Products :
- Ensure timely delivery of products for dispatch
- Coordinate for arranging transport for dispatch.
- Ensure loading of products as per respective orders
- To prepare gate pass for dispatch of products as per order.
Documentation and Storage :
- Ensure documentation of batch numbers of products dispatched.
- Maintain data of contamination of all products
- Maintain and review SOPs under guidance of Head Biofertilizer.
New Product Development :
- Standardization of existing and new products
- Explore and initiate experiments as per the guidance of Head for new product.
Qualification : B.sc/ M.Sc Biochemsitry/ Microbiology,
Experience : 1 - 2 Years
