Job Description :
- Administoring day to day reporting of Microbiology including serology & clinical pathology.
- Ensure results consistent with speciment type,organism isolate adn clinical details.
- Microscopy,reporting clinicla correlation & interpretation of all test.
- Authorization of reports.
- Review and suggest improvments in SOP's if required.
- Attending general phone queries related to test queries adn enquiries.
- Ensure compliance w.r.t accrediation requirements
- Performance evaluation of team. '
- Internal staff trainig
- Analyze & document complaints adn take preventive actions
Experience : 1-5 years
