Job Title : Copy Editor Trainee
Job Description :
- Should undergo two months of intensive classroom training in copyediting & four months of on-the-job training (after classroom training)
- Should be capable of handling simple to medium-level copyediting as per customer requirements
- Should enter their day-to-day production details in e-Workflow & Produce error-free output
- Should be able to handle LIVE production of Copyediting immediately after the completion of training
- Will be responsible for Copyediting of Journal / Books with high emphasis on quality
Eligibility : B.Tech/ B.E/ M.Sc / M.TechBiochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Life Science
Experience : 0-1 year
Desired Profile : .
- Fresh graduates or Post Graduates in any scientific / engineering discipline (or) M.A English Literature with a first class academic record
- Excellent English skills (verbal & written) and an eye for detail are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word will be an added advantage
- Enthusiastic learner and passion for reading / editing
- Age limit : Not more than 30 years
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (no night shifts for women)
- Should have above 60% of marks (aggregate) and possess great reading habit and willingness to learn.
