Job Description :
- Delivery of Key goals related to Hygiene Benefit Platform for Skin Cleansing UL Personal Care Products.
- Lead the technical elements of the projects he/she are part of and guide Jr. Team members in their respective work streams.
- Partner relevant Brand Development and formulation members on delivering commonly agreed goals.
Skills Required :
- Strong Project Management experience.
- Significant track record of delivering R&D programs.
- Strong leadership and business partnership skills to drive strategic business objectives and deliver outstanding claims in the market
- Ability to engage with external world including regulatory and legal partners
- Ability to take decisions under uncertainty.
- Ability to think out of the box and drive performance culture whilst ensuring rigour in process.
- Ability to multi task and delegate
- Strong stakeholder management and people development skills
- Good communication skills
