Job Description :
- Responsible for supervision of over all functioning of their respective section Biochemistry / Hematology / Clinical Pathology / Microbiology / Histopathology.
- Data entry of results
- Data review of test results during off-duty hours/emergency duties
- Sample collection & accessioning when required
- Instrument data logs,Daily QC result data logs, Problem sample logs, Reagent usage logs, Instrument down time documentation logs,Corrective actions for QC outliers, Monthly QC data collation
- Academic programme (Lab academics, projects, Teaching & hands on training to Technicians & Trainees)
- Client interactions Nurses for critical call outs & problem samples in off duty hours
