Indian Immunologicals Ltd. (IIL) was setup by The National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) in 1982 with the objective of making Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccine available to farmers at an affordable price. The technology for FMD vaccine manufacture was obtained from M/s. Wellcome Foundation Limited, United Kingdom. The plant in Hyderabad today has a capacity to make 250 million trivalent doses of FMD vaccine.

Job Description :
- To handle large scale bioreactors up to 8000 liters. Monitoring of virus cultures and obtaining optimum titre. Daily entries in SAP and all operations and data entries complying with the regulatory requirements.
- To meet the production schedules as per the plan. Maintaining all the records to meet the statutory and regulatory requirements. The job requires working in shifts.
- Must be experienced in handling Large scale bioreactors. Should be involved in similar operations of virus cultures and large scale down stream process. Exposure to audits will be an advantage.
Eligibility : B.Sc/M.Sc : Life Science/Biotechnology/Microbiology
Experience : 2-4 years
