Job Description:
- Check, track, improve, and manage the quality of in-house editors
- Rectify any language, content, style, and editing-related inconsistencies
- Provide feedback, explain grammatical concepts, check process adherence, and build resources for editors
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing editors pertaining to the fundamentals of English language and in-house process knowledge
- Work in collaboration with project management and client servicing teams to efficiently handle client concerns
- Clarify doubts and concepts posed by editors at any point in time
- Create training resources pertaining to English language and in-house process knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Shoulder responsibility for analyzing in-house editor quality.
- Conduct regular quality checks and hold feedback sessions for editors.
- Identify training needs for individual editors and coordinate with the Training team help set quality goals at the individual as well as team level.
- Take responsibility for developing resources for building language and process knowledge, making guidelines for quality checks, and preparing reference material.
- Efficiently manage and generate quality reports for both in-house and freelance editors to determine the progress of individual editors.
Eligibility: B.Sc/ M.Sc/ Ph.D/ M.Tech/ M.Phil Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Food Technology
Experience: 2-7 years
