Vacancy notification for one JRF position at AAU, Anand

Anand Agricultural University (AAU) was established this year at Anand with the support of the Government of Gujarat ,Act No.(Guj 5 of 2004) dated April 29,2004. Caved out of the erstwhile Gujarat Agricultural University (GAU), the dream institution of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Dr. K.M.Munshi, the AAU was set up to provide support to the farming community in three facets namely education, research and extension activities in Agriculture, Horticulture Engineering, product Processing and Home Science

The following post is to be filled up for below mentioned project sponsored by DST-SERB in the office of AINP on Agricultural Ornithology, ICAR U-9, AAU, Anand

  • Project title : Sustainability of Sarus crane of western India evaluation with habitat-based metapopulation model
  • Position : JRF
  • No of post : One
  • Desired Profile : Working experience on GIS technique and birds holding M.Sc degree in any branch of biological science with 2nd class marks/equivalent grade and one year of working experience in GIS based research
  • Fellowship : Rs 18000 + HRA
  • Duration : Upto 05.12.15
