Job Description :
- Job duties includes testing of physical, microbiological and chemical parameters in dehydrated vegetables as below:
- Total plate count
- E-Coli
- Yeast
- Mould
- Salmonella
- Moisture
- Total Ash
- Acid Insoluble Ash
- Sensory evaluation
- Physical size by PSD
- Above work also entails thorough documentation of each work as per requirements.
- Also required to take samples of products, swabs of personnel, equipments, environment etc.
- Other quality control work as per requirement.
Eligiblity : B.sc Microbiology
Experience : 0-4 years
