Job Description:
- Independent microbial analysis of Samples.
- Handling & maintenance of microbial cultures.
- Performing calibration of all Microbiology lab equipment.
- Verify results against accepted quality and performance criteria (i.e. QC control charts, reference materials, duplicates, etc.).
- Perform basic Protein testing, pH, moisture analysis etc.
- Good documentation practices and aware of GMP requirements.
Eligibility: B.Sc Microbiology
Experience: 1-3 years
