- Candidate should have thorough knowledge in handling Instruments like HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer.
- Should have experience in analysis, application of Natural food colors and synthetic dyes.
- Candidate will be responsible for analysis and developing the method of analysis related to food colors.
- Should have experience in preparation of SOP's, Specifications.
- Will be responsible for preparation of SOP's, specifications of all food colors.
- Should have knowledge on regulatory affairs.
- Should have experience in stability study.
Eligibility: BSc, MSc in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Lifesciences
Experience: 3-6 years
