The Tata Memorial Hospital was initially commissioned by the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust on 28 February 1941 as a center with enduring value and a mission for concern for the Indian people. In 1952 the Indian Cancer Research Centre was established as a pioneer research institute for basic research - later called the Cancer Research Institute (CRI).

Candidates must write their name and application number behind the DD. TMC reserves the right to increase the minimum eligibility criteria, in case of receipt of large number of applications or relax some of the minimum eligibility criteria in cases of candidates with exceptional merit and/or proven aptitude. Incomplete forms and those without enclosures will be rejected
A list of candidates found eligible to appear for the written exam / Interview will be displayed on the TMH website by 24th September 2014.
