Central Food Technological Research Institute, a constituent establishment of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India, wishes to recruit a Project Assistant Level-II (one post for three year (initially for one year)) on temporary basis to work in DST Sponsored Project entitled "Bioprospection of some aromatic plant products based on their efficacy as botanical preservatives against storage insect, fungi, mycotoxin contamination and lipid peroxidation" (Code No. SSP-197)
- Position : Project Assistant Level II
- Desired Profile : The candidates must have first class in M.Sc (Botany/Biochemistry/ Microbiology /Biotechnology)
- Emoluments : Rs. 12,000/- per month.
- Age : Maximum 28 years. (Relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC as per GOI instructions)
The selected candidate will be appointed under the Sponsored Project SSP-199 entitled "Evaluation of Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) grades for overall migration studies for food contact applications-II Phase".
