Job Title : Sr Executive - Quality Assurance
Job Description :
- Carry out periodic review of Standard Operating Procedures for all quality operations
- QA checks for raw material (Receiving of all raw material according to set parameters & specifications)
- Oversee online process control & quality safety
- CCPs monitoring
- Preparation of weekly/fortnightly/monthly food safety audit report
- Addressing issues of food safety & quality
- Closing of Non conformities after corrective action plan.
- Develop quality improvement programmes for raw material, finished products & hygiene on shop floor
- Training to the staff on company policies & SOPs, HACCP, GMP and GHP
- Implement total quality management system; ensure staff personal hygiene and adherence to GMP and HACCP at the store level
- Control of quality documents
- Knowledge to conduct Internal audits.
- Routine Hygiene Audit: Personal hygiene, General hygiene, FIFO, cleaning of whole unit, sanitization of equipments etc.
- Weekly hygiene & maintenance round at stores.
- Ensure that proper corrective actions are identified, taken and adhered to relating to all customer complaints.
- Suppliers audit
Skills Required :
- A qualified food technologist preferably M.Sc. with experience of product check and receiving.
- Shall posses knowledge of food safety and HACCP, internal auditor
- Quality Check of food Items during store visits & checking the food is served as per SOP
- Coordinating with QA Manager for Product Specification Sheets & SOPs
- Responsible for training of CML staff on food safety
- Documentation control for stores & Vendors
Eligiblity : B.sc / M.Sc in Microbiology/ Food technology
Experience : 2-5 years
