ICMR project on "Micro RNA study" at National Institute of Pathology has SRF vacancy

The Indian Registry of Pathology (IRP) was established in 1965 under the auspices of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) in New Delhi, India as a Centre for collection and distribution of teaching material in pathology. The Registry was renamed in 1980 as the National Institute of Pathology (IOP) in view of its expanded scope and activities

Applications are invited for one Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in ICMR funded project titled “Study on Micro RNA Signatures Associated with Breast Cancer Stem like Cells (CSCs) and their role in Drug Response”.

• Position : SRF
• No of Post : 1 post
• Salary : Rs. 18,000/- +30% H.R.A
• Desired Profile : M.Sc. Degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences with two years experience in research.
• Experience : Experience in handling cell lines/ tissue culture/ aseptic handling of cultures with experience in molecular biology

• Position :JRF
• No of Post : 1 post
• Desired Profile : First Class M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences with good academic records and should have been qualified National Eligibility Test conducted by CSIR-UGC/ICMR in Life Sciences and having valid Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)

The candidate should be below 35 years of age. Candidate employed in Govt. Departments/ Public Sector Undertakings should send their applications through proper channel.
