Job Title : Food Safety & Quality Manager
Job Description :
- Responsible for food safety certifications (i.e; HACCP, ISO 22000) related functions including client enquiry, contract, schedules and audit reports processing.
- Manage and maintain and coordinate of customer details and auditor resources and their records
- Control and update all certification body documentation as per the standard requirements
- Conducting of audits, review of audit related documents and completion of any corrective actions and provides follow up with customers and Accreditation agencies
- Identify and implements corrective action to prevent recurrence and provide full documentation of investigation and corrective actions accomplished.
- Coordinating and Participate in all accreditation agencies related audits and maintain proper documentation.
- Preparing and submitting to top management on performance information and achievement status as per defined schedule Coordinate and maintain records related to customer for resolution of the concerns/queries/complaints.
Desired Profile :
Education : B. Sc / M. Sc Food Technology / Microbiology
Experience : Minimum 4 years in quality and production in food processing industry.
Skill Set :
- Must have completed ISO 22000 certification.
- Experience with food safety audits for ISO 22000/ HACCP.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), Hindi would be the added advantage.
- Problem solving and creating solutions skills.
