Institute invites applications from highly motivated, bright candidates for working in the ongoing research project for the following position on contract basis:

- Name of the project : Investigating the role of intracellular calcium signal remodeling in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease.

- Desired Profile : Ph.D. in Physics/Biology/allied Sciences or in Engineering. Preference Candidates must have experience with scientific computing
- Requirement : The project will require a keen interest in addressing important issues in Neurobiology. The primary tools used in the lab include programming and mathematical analysis to address these questions. The ability to solve ordinary and Partial Differential Equations numerically and using Monte Carlo Methods is desirable.
- Fellowship : Rs. 40000.00 per month as per the norms of the funding agency.
- Tenure of the post : Initially for a period of one year, extendable for further period, subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the study project.
- Age : Not more than 38 years as on closing date of advertisement.
