Walk-in-Interviews for Project Fellow, Project Assistant Level-I & Level-II at IITR, Lucknow

CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research (formerly, Industrial Toxicology Research Centre), Lucknow, a constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research, was established in 1965. This multidisciplinary research institute with the motto Safety to Environment and Health and Service to Industry addresses problems critical to human health and environment. IITR is a NABL accredited laboratory for biological and chemical testing.

Eligible and interested candidates may attend the interview for purely temporary engagement as Project Fellow, Project Assistant Level-I & Level-II under different externally funded Project tenable at Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow. Project wise vacancy position, Date of Interview and qualification details are as under

• Project title : NanoSHE
• Position title : Project Fellow
• No of Post : One
• Fellowship : Rs 16000/ per month.

• Desired Profile : M.Sc. Biochemistry/Biotechnology) with 60% marks.
• Job Requirement : To study cellular response and redox sensitive alterations due to nanomaterial.
• Age : Below 28 years

• Project title : Identification of Drosophila based sensors for the male reproductive toxicity.
• Position title : Project Assistant Level-I
• No of Post : One
• Fellowship : 8000/ per month
• Desired Profile : B.Sc/M.Sc.(Preferred) Zoology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology.
• Job Requirement : To analyze the reproductive outcome of flies knockdown for specific genes against xenobiotics.
• Age : Below 25 years

• Project title : Neuroprotective potential of Cyp 2 d 22 in pesticides induced dopaminergic neurodegenration: Implications in antioxidents-medicated neuroprotection “.
• Position title : Project Assistant Level-II

• No of Post : One
• Fellowship : Rs 12000/- + 20% HRA
• Desired Profile : B.Sc/M.Sc.(Preferred) Zoology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology.
• Age : Below 28 years
