Applications from Indian nationals are invited for one temporary position of Project Fellow under the project "Modulation of Macrophage Phenotype, Activation and Plasticity using SFN and its Analogues" in the School of Biological sciences, NISER funded by DBT, Govt. of India.

Qualification :
- Candidate should have B.Tech or MSc. With minimum aggregate 60% (5% relaxable to SC/ST candidate) in life Sciences/Biological sciences/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry /molecular biology. An aggregate of 60% marks (5% relaxable to SC/ST candidate) is a must.
- Candidates with proven experience acquired either during their bachelor/master thesis or research stay in any labs would be preferred.
- At least one year experience (in industry or academia) or qualifying CSIR/GATE/any national examinations would be an advantage.
Desirable : Candidate with prior experience either in cell culture techniques, basic biochemical and molecular biology, HPLC techniques and/or natural product extraction shall be preferred.
Fellowship : As per DBT norms.
Age : 28 years as on 05.09.2013, age relaxation to entitled categories as per DBT rules. Last Date of Receipt of Application: 05.09.2013.
